04/08/13: Usk – Abergavenny – Crickhowel
This is a new route for us, we’ll head North of Usk and use the quieter roads to ride into Abergavenny. From there we roll along the A40 into Crickhowell where the coffee and cake stop will take place. From there it’s back along the flats, past the windmill into Usk.

11/08/13: Magor – Cardiff Bay
One of our favorite routes – mainly because you have the option of a cooked breakfast if you’re brave enough! We leave from Magor Square and follow the flats through Newport, then we turn along the lighthouse road and take the quiet and flat route into Cardiff. The stop usually involves us sat soaking up the sun down the bay and eating everything behind the counter. We take the same route back and finish at Magor.

18/08/13: Magor – Chepstow – Shirenewton
We have chosen a small ride this week due to the fact we have a large amount of members riding in the Wiggle Mendips Sportive. The route chooses the quiet way into Chepstow, stops there for a quick coffee then climbs up to the top of Shirenewton. From there on it’s downhill all of the way.

25/08/13: Usk – North Monmouth
This is a fairly testing route, with plenty of rolling scenery North of Monmouth. The route offers a bit for everybody, plenty of bumpy bits on the way out, and post coffee a nice flat route on quiet roads. A great thing about this route is that it features The Red Door Deli as our coffee stop – what more could we ask for.
