A tough route starting from Chepstow. It climbs up into the Forest of Dean before dropping onto the river Wye. 17th August Magor to Monmouth

10th August Chipping Sodbury

A reverse route starting from Usk this week. We head past Pontypool and up into the valleys, then up to the tip of Llangynidr and the straight quick descent into Crickhowel.
